Malpensa has produced balsamic vinegar of Modena since 1948, and its label carries the Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P mark. That European mark means the vinegar was produced and controlled inside the Modena and Emilia-Romagna area.
The vinegar ships in dark glass so light stays off the product. The spray version puts the same vinegar in a pump head that controls the dose on salads and starters.
